Circle of Security
The Circle of Security (c) Parenting program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
Duration:Each group runs for 4-6 weeks.
Dealing with Difficult Emotions
Supports participants to manage strong emotions, raise awareness, give practical skills in dealing with anger, grief, anxiety, fear etc and increasing self-care, self-esteem and assertiveness, emotional resilience and happiness.
Duration: Each group runs for 8 weeks.
Relaxation and Stress Relief
Duration: Each group runs for 10 weeks.
The program aims to repair broken, chipped or missing teeth to rebuild the confidence and social performance of domestic violence victims. Queen of Hearts Community Foundation has partnered with the Australian Dental Health Foundation to deliver the Rebuilding Smiles program.
