Supports participants to manage strong emotions, raise awareness, give practical skills in dealing with anger, grief, anxiety, fear etc and increasing self-care, self-esteem & assertiveness, emotional resilience and happiness.

The purpose of these meetings is to have an interactive day getting to know other women and to take a moment to enrich our lives and “fill our cups”.
Fill my cup is based on “self care”. Self care is defined as doing positive things to increase our general happiness and wellbeing. Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with ourselves. It produces happy feelings and relaxation, which improves confidence and self-esteem.
