The Queen of Hearts Community Foundation is a registered charity that is a community based support and resource centre for men, women and children, who live, work in Penrith Local Government Area and it’s immediate surrounds.

J.P Services are available on any other day, just call the office to arrange a time that suits you. J.P Services include notarizing all legal documents, passport photos and anywhere else a J.P is required.
No appointment is needed for the Drop-In Service but to access the Queen of Hearts services women should drop-in or ring within the hours listed below:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9.00am – 5pm
The Queen of Hearts offers specialist, experienced and skilled support for men and women who have experienced violence and abuse and a range of other support services including:
Confidential crisis support and advocacy.
Case management and referrals
Healthy relationship information & Safety plans for leaving or living with abuse,
Therapeutic, social and interest groups. (for details see Groups)
A children’s play room
Activities & information for women & children.
Safe & experienced child-minding for group participants
Access to free (specialist) counselling services for:
Experienced an abusive / violent intimate partner relationship
Who were sexually abused as a child
Trauma and grief
